Workshop for Project Managers: how to Advance Projects more Efficiently

Emch und Berger operates as a group in many areas: infrastructure, mobility, real estate, energy, and the environment. A challenge in all topics is the implementation of projects. Upon invitation, enovation presented possible solutions at the Berne location.

The engineering group Emch und Berger and its companies operate in a wide variety of fields: real estate, infrastructure, mobility, energy, and the environment. The project managers repeatedly struggle with delays and unplanned changes.

Fewer delays, but how?

enovation presented how they can overcome these challenges at a business lunch at the invitation of Berner AG. The answer to the initial question was answered from the perspective of participation, user perspective, and agile processes.

Three take-outs from the workshop

Participation processes must begin early in order to have their full effect. There is room for improvement here.

✅ The potential of agile processes is underutilized – often simply because they are not known.

✅ Criticism is part of a participation process; it is by no means negative, but requires professional support.

Despite the sunshine, almost 20 people took part in the exchange at the headquarters or from home. Anyone who also wants to know how projects can be advanced more effectively is welcome to simply get in touch.
