Our methods toolbox – how we move people and projects

We use analog, digital, and hybrid formats. They are proven in practice and can be adapted for the desired purpose, for both large and small target groups.

We rely on methods that achieve results. Our aim is to reach as many people as possible and turn those affected into committed participants. In this way, we support project managers, specialist groups, and accompanying committees.

Below you will find a selection of our “Best Practice” methods. You can filter these according to their impact:

Effective participation

Participation knows many forms – participation, involvement or user perspective. We combine these to suit your requirements and use agile processes to conserve your resources and use moderated interfaces to ensure the sustainable involvement of your stakeholders and interest groups.

We don’t just want to sell you participation, but one that contributes to your goals. That’s why we listen to you and suggest a suitable concept.

The general answer is: As large as it needs to be so that all stakeholders are involved and target groups are informed. More important than the pure size are the results – and the solutions achieved with them.

No – because just as there are large and small infrastructure projects, there are also correspondingly small and large forms of participation. We will find the right set-up for you.

As a matter of principle: the earlier, the better. Because the sooner you know the expectations or objections, the better you can respond to them – be it with transparent communication or with actions on site.

You can use these in the analysis, planning or implementation. It is always important that the participating people also have clarity about the framework conditions and see what happens with their participation.

We ensure impact - guaranteed!

Our team provides straightforward yet competent support. And ensures support with maximum impact for your projects.
